Overlooking LA

I had only heard opera on the radio till Anita blew a few bars for me. On a hot day in LA, that golden silky voice sent goosbumps down my spine.

It is always better to lead than to rule.

Faces of Life Bronze Pour

A group of AMAZING guys, Roy Slavin, Paul and Bruce Thier, and Angelo Giuliano, came up to the studio the other day to have their faces molded. 36 hours before they arrived I was notified that they were interested in seeing a bronze pour. Not being one to disappoint, I slammed together a process that normally takes 2 weeks, at least, into 24 hours. The end result… One of the funnest days of all time!

Faces of Cancer

I was honored to take my Faces of Life project to UCI Medical center and make molds of 38 Patients Nurses and Doctors who are all engaged, in one way or another, in the fight against cancer. I know I will NEVER forget that day.
Attached is a MUST SEE video of Holly Lapick having her face done.Faces of Cancer

Christine Berardi and Jessica Nietman Ward at the LA River. We turned what most people think of as a sewer into the most beautiful place in LA for 6 hours.

Tara @ the LA River

Tara was so instrumental in organizing both trips to the equestrian center, not to mention bringing her mom to my studio, I could not believe every attempt we made to mold her face failed. Today, at the LA River, we changed all that.

It is always better to lead than to rule.
